Victor is a Construction Manager on RREAF Holdings’ Construction team, where he oversees capital improvement projects and supports the successful execution of renovation and construction initiatives across the portfolio.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2026, Victor worked at REEP Residential, where he managed capital expenditure projects, including lender-required repairs, as well as extensive interior and exterior renovation programs. In this role, he was responsible for planning, budgeting, and overseeing project execution to enhance asset performance and property value.
