The site is located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, about 20 minutes outside of Nashville. The Property is anticipated to have great visibility and is strategically located across Nissan Drive from Nissan North American Assembly Plant, one of only three Nissan manufacturing facilities in North America. This plant has about 8,000 employees and the capacity to assemble 640,000 vehicles annually.
