RREAF established the Extended Stay Hotels Platform in 2019 as a programmatic ground-up development concept designed to meet the growing demand for temporary hotel housing. The Platform targets markets experiencing strong growth driven by industry shifts as well as internal and external migration. Its prototype builds are engineered to maximize revenue streams while minimizing construction costs and timelines.
