Troy is a Director of Capital Improvements at RREAF Holdings’, where he contributes to capital project oversight, asset renovation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in support of the company’s business objectives.
Troy brings more than 20 years of experience in construction management within the multifamily real estate industry, with a career built on leading high-performing teams, driving capital improvement programs, and partnering across asset management, operations, and ownership groups to execute business plans. His background spans new construction, value-add renovations, and large-scale CapEx programs across multifamily, commercial, and hospitality assets in markets throughout the country. Troy holds a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), and PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) designation, each reflecting his commitment to disciplined project execution and risk management at the highest level.
Outside of work, Troy enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his family, creating memories through unique experiences. He and his family are also passionate about giving back through volunteer work in and around their community.
