Justin is a Senior Technology Specialist on RREAF Holdings’ Operations team, where he focuses on Power BI development, AI workflows, and automation initiatives that support scalable, data-driven decision-making.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2026, Justin worked at JDT Analytics, where he delivered Business Intelligence solutions for more than 100 organizations across operations, sales, marketing, healthcare, real estate, and other industries—helping teams improve visibility, efficiency, and performance through analytics.
Justin studied Biology at Towson University before pivoting his academic and professional focus toward Business Intelligence. He has since built a career grounded in analytics, earning multiple industry certifications and professional recognitions in data visualization, automation, and modern reporting platforms.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys international travel—having visited over 22 countries—learning about new cultures, and staying at the forefront of emerging technology.
