Ethan is a Senior Associate on RREAF Holdings’ Outdoor Communities team, where he supports the firm’s RV portfolio.
Prior to joining RREAF in 2025, Ethan was a Senior Analyst on the Capital Investments & Asset Management team at Equity Lifestyle Properties, a publicly traded REIT and industry leader in manufactured housing, RV resorts, and marinas.
He also serves on the Associate Board of Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, supporting fundraising initiatives that provide guidance and resources to children in need across Chicago.
Ethan earned a B.S. in Economics from Colorado College.
