Diana is a Corporate Paralegal on RREAF Holdings’ Legal team, where she manages entity formations, coordinates real estate transactions, and assists with complex due diligence to support the company’s real estate investment and corporate operations.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2026, Diana worked as a Paralegal, where she supported attorneys with corporate transactions, legal research, contract drafting, and case management. During that time, she also founded and invested in a business in Mexico, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, business operations, and strategic growth.
Diana received a B.B.A. in Business Administration (Pre-Law) from Texas A&M University.
