Carol is a Project Accountant on RREAF Holdings’ Accounting Team, where she contributes to full-cycle financial management of RREAF Holdings’ Pre-Development Projects from pre-development through construction. She ensures accurate tracking and reporting, including draw preparation, financial reporting, and funding coordination. Carol works closely with her construction draw portfolio manager, project managers, general contractors, vendors, and lenders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2021, Carol took a break from her professional career to raise her children and had previously worked in Human Resources.
Carol graduated from Allen High School in 2003.
