Caleb Kimzey is a Project Manager of Capital Expenditures on RREAF’s Construction team, where he oversees all value-add and renovation projects across the company’s multifamily portfolio. In this role, Caleb manages project budgets, schedules, contractor coordination, and quality control to ensure that capital improvements are delivered efficiently and add long-term value to each asset.
Caleb began his career with RREAF as a Field Engineer, where he gained valuable on-site experience in project coordination and field operations. He was then promoted to Assistant Superintendent, where he managed day-to-day construction activities and led teams through multiple phases of large-scale multifamily development.
Caleb graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship and a Certificate in Business Leadership.
A Dallas native, Caleb enjoys spending time with friends, hunting, fishing, and watching football when he’s not working on capital projects.
