Arcy is a Executive Vice President on RR Living’s Accounting, Finance, and IT team, where she contributes to accounting oversight, financial reporting, and process improvements.
Prior to joining RR Living in 2023, Arcy worked at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PEAK) for 20 years, where she advanced from Accounting Manager to Senior Director of Accounting, leading teams responsible for $13 billion in fixed assets, $6 billion of debt, partnership reporting, accounts payable, and internal audit. Prior to that, she worked with a subsidiary of Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) and other privately held commercial real estate entities, managing accounting consolidations, tax preparation, and SEC financial reporting.
Arcy received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University in New York and earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.
