RREAF Holdings, in partnership with Innisfree Hotels, has secured more than $50 million in financing for two hospitality properties on Amelia Island, Florida, supporting the continued enhancement and long-term positioning of the assets.

Read more below about the financing and planned improvements for these Amelia Island properties.

The financing package includes $29.9 million for the refinance and conversion of the Ocean Coast Hotel on Amelia Island into a Holiday Inn Resort, as well as $20.5 million for the refinance of the Amelia Hotel, an independent oceanfront property.

The loans were arranged by Cronheim Hotel Capital and originated through a regional bank, incorporating both USDA and PACE financing components.

RREAF Holdings and Innisfree Hotels acquired the properties with plans to execute significant upgrades designed to enhance the guest experience and strengthen the long-term value of the assets. The investment reflects RREAF’s continued focus on hospitality opportunities in attractive leisure destinations with strong demand fundamentals.

The Amelia Island projects further expand RREAF’s growing hospitality portfolio and demonstrate the firm’s commitment to strategic capital deployment, operational excellence, and value creation across its hospitality platform.
