Practice bays open to Sea Palms Members and the public.

Three courts open to Sea Palms Members, Guests, and the public.

A casual arcade and lawn games for families and everyone in between.

What offerings are available at The Landing on Frederica?
Anticipated features include multiple food and beverage outlets, full-service bar, an activation lawn with adjacent stage and screen, 3 Pickleball courts, 10 bay Trackman powered driving range, fire pits, an arcade, coffee shop, 1500 sf of retail space, and private event space for the neighboring area.
Is the Landing on Frederica open to the public?
Most space at the Landing is fully open to the public. The Driving range and the pickleball courts will be partially restricted with priority access given to Sea Palms Members. The only area that is fully restricted to the general public is the Sea Palms Members Lounge.
What hours would the entertainment be allowed to operate?
Full hours of operation have yet to be determined. We have committed to restricting outdoor entertainment to no later than 10pm without a special permit.
What type of events will be at the Landing?
The Landing is designed to be a canvas for connection for the St. Simons community and visitors. Programming will range from sporting event screenings, live entertainment, farmers markets, holiday celebrations, and other community-based gatherings.
Is Sea Palms managing the landing?
The exact operational structure has not been determined yet but the management of the facility will be led by and operated by RREAF Holdings.
What’s being done about storm water?
We are working with our partners at Roberts Engineering to ensure that storm water is being properly handled on the site.
Can the sound, traffic, and lighting study be shared with the public?
This study is available to be viewed on the Glynn County Portal under DP-26-1.
How is the landing being funded?
RREAF Holdings will fund this project through various debt and equity sources.
When will construction start?
We anticipate construction to start roughly 6 months after receiving full approval for the project.
When will the landing open?
We anticipate opening to take place roughly 18 months after construction begins.
