Zac McCullock

Zac McCullock currently supports development and construction efforts for RREAF’s ground up development projects. With a hands-on approach and his diverse background, Mr. McCullock works across RREAF divisions and projects to enhance operational performance for the RREAF Teams.

After graduating with a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, Mr. McCullock began his career with National Oilwell Varco where he led sales & engineering teams focused on developing and commercializing new drill stem products along with best-in-class Operators to solve some of the upstream drilling industry’s toughest engineering challenges in the offshore and shale segments. After NOV, he began consulting for startups in the Oil & Gas and Construction & Development industries providing financial and operations advisory services to early stage and PE backed groups. During this time, Mr. McCullock also co-founded a medical device venture manufacturing patented pediatric enteral feeding devices.

At home Zac enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and two toddlers, golf, sailing, and scuba diving.
