Mr. Perez graduated from Rhodes College in 2016 where he earned his B.A. in Commerce and Business with a course focus in Accounting and Finance. After his Freshman year at Rhodes, he was brought on as a calculus and statistics tutor by the college’s Math and Computer Science Department, serving this role for his remaining three years of undergraduate studies. Mr. Perez’s extracurricular activities while in college also included being an active member of Greek Life, serving as Secretary of the Real Estate Club and competing on the Rhodes College CFA Equity Research team during the 2015-2016 Annual Equity Research Challenge sponsored by the CFA Institute.
Mr. Perez’s interests in Finance and Real Estate led him to join RREAF after graduating in 2016, where he began as an intern in Accounting. His responsibilities have grown since first arriving at RREAF, currently spanning functions of accounting, asset management, and investor relations. His duties include coordinating distributions and investor reporting, financial analysis/management of multi-family assets, analysis and review of operating plans and budgets, and corporate financial analysis and reporting.
