Todd McCoy
Todd McCoy joined RREAF in 2023 as the company’s manual editor. Todd is responsible for the manual and its strategic direction in building out a standardized process framework for each RREAF sub-organization.
Todd comes with over 25 years of experience in leadership, logistics enterprise management, and commercial and military flying operations. Prior to joining RREAF, Todd enjoyed a diverse Air Force military career in which he led combat teams around the globe in multiple major military operations. Particularly noteworthy, he led simultaneous combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq while also supporting the strategic buildup of forces of Eastern European allies following the Russian invasion of Crimea. Additionally, Todd negotiated and authored the Department of Defense’s logistics enterprise’s sealift vessel selection program; the program immediately returned more than $800M annually to taxpayers. Currently, he flies Boeing 737 aircraft for United Airlines.
Todd McCoy initially went to school at the United States Air Force Academy, CO, where he graduated with distinction while earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Later, he earned an MBA from Trident University International, CA, and graduated from multiple professional education programs at the Air University, AL, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Michigan State University, and University of Tennessee.
