Ron Rushing

Ron is the CFO for RREAF Residential. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional.  During his career he has worked in Big 4 public accounting, been a named partner in a local CPA firm, and served in various industries as a controller, VP Finance, Treasurer, and multiple times as a CFO.  He has also served on several boards.

Prior to RREAF Residential, Ron’s real estate experience includes serving as CFO for a multi-family owner- operator with 43,000 units, as VP Finance for a property management company managing retail, office, and multi-family, and as a CFO for a land development company.

Ron is past president of Financial Executives International-Dallas, an association for CFOs, and was honored with its 2021 national Distinguished Service Award.  He has also received awards in 2017 from Dallas Business Journal and 2018 from DCEO Magazine.
