Bob is an Asset Manager on RREAF Holdings’ Hospitality team, where he contributes to the financial and operational performance of RREAF’s hospitality portfolio. He brings more than 28 years of hospitality experience spanning hotel operations, revenue management, development, and hospitality leadership.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2026, Bob served as Senior Revenue Manager at J&P Asset Management, where he managed revenue strategy and performance across a 35-hotel portfolio spanning multiple geographic markets. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Revenue Analytics – Development at Lodging Advisory Group, where he supported ownership groups through forecasting and performance analysis, as well as the pre-opening and opening of new hotels and site selection for new hotel development.
Bob received an MBA with distinction from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a B.S. in Sports and Club Management from Webber College. He is also a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME).
