Rob Steinwedell

Mr. Steinwedell joined RREAF in 2021 as Director of Acquisitions – Hospitality and leads the overall direction and strategic planning of all Hospitality platforms at the company. With a primary focus on Beachfront Hotels, Extended Stay Hotels and RV Parks, Rob has a demonstrated track record acquiring, developing and structuring complex real estate transactions throughout the United States. Prior to joining RREAF, Rob worked at Harwood International and ATCAP Partners where he focused on value add and opportunistic investments. Over his career, Rob has transacted in excess of $2Bn of office, hotel, industrial and multifamily real estate assets.

Mr. Steinwedell graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry from Rhodes College where he served as Chairman of the Rhodes Real Estate Club. Rob is the Vice Chairman of the RREAF Charity Committee and is an active member of The Real Estate Council and Urban Land Institute of North Texas.
