Peter Pasqua

Mr. Pasqua joined RREAF in 2021 and has over 20 years of structured finance, banking, and real estate advisory-related experience. Over his career, Mr. Pasqua originated and asset managed over $11.0 billion in real estate transactions globally and across various property types; including hotels, resorts, mixed-use projects, land, and industrial. 

Prior to joining RREAF, Mr. Pasqua served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Asset Management at Mosaic Real Estate Investors. In addition, Mr. Pasqua originated and underwrote the Mosaic’s first hotel transaction, as well as the first mixed-use resort project, which included condo, hotel, retail, and parking components. 

Mr. Pasqua’s broader institutional banking and real estate advisory experience includes; Vice President in Credit Agricole CIB’s Real Estate, Lodging and Gaming Group, where he was responsible for the origination and asset management of acquisition, construction, and repositioning loans; Manager in Alvarez & Marsal’s Hospitality and Leisure Group advisory practice; Director of Investment Management at Portigon AG; and, Director in WestLB AG’s Hospitality Finance Division. Mr. Pasqua earned his JD from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University and holds a BA from New York University’s College of Arts & Science.
