Mitch Provosty

Mr. Provosty has over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as an investor, developer, advisor and general contractor. Mr. Provosty has sixteen years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry in and he is the founder of Antebellum Construction in the Florida panhandle. Antebellum is licensed to build residential and commercial construction projects throughout the State of Florida. Noteworthy recent projects in which Mr. Provosty brought his talents include the acquisition and re-development of the Beachside Resort and Bikini Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. He continues to focus on the beachfront hospitality platform including the development of two beachfront Margaritaville resorts. Mr. Provosty has been directly involved in the acquisition, re-development and disposition of over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate projects over the last several years. Mr. Provosty is a principal in RREAF Holdings LLC and has been involved with the firm since before its founding in 2010. Prior to his commercial real estate activities, Mr. Provosty worked as a project manager in manufacturing plants executing large industrial construction projects.

Mr. Provosty is an active volunteer in his Gulf Breeze community. As President of the Villa Venyce Homeowners Association, he spearheaded the permitting, financing and completion of the canal-dredging project. At St Ann’s Catholic Church, he served for many years on the Finance Council and Parish Council. He also volunteers often for the Events sponsored by Fiesta Pensacola.

Mr. Provosty earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden School of Business in 1991. In addition to his Florida Certified Building License, he holds a Texas real estate license.

Mr. Provosty’s primary residence is in Gulf Breeze Florida where he lives with his wife, Cathy. They are blessed with two grown children, Eleanor and Mike. Mr. Provosty commutes to Texas almost every week to pursue his Texas real estate projects.
