Matthew Vredenburgh

Matthew Vredenburgh is currently the Director of the Investor Relations Group at RREAF Holdings, where he leverages his public and private company experience, primarily in the real estate and hospitality industries. He leads the team responsible for equity capital raises, current and prospective investor relationship management, and facilitates investor closings across numerous multifamily acquisitions, hospitality acquisitions and development transactions.

Before joining RREAF Holdings in 2023, Mr. Vredenburgh was with Crow Holdings, a real estate private equity investment and development firm based in Dallas, TX. Matthew previously worked at RLJ Lodging Trust, a leading hotel REIT, where he focused on investor relations, capital markets, and corporate strategy. He was also an original member of a real estate startup where he oversaw capital raising and investment underwriting. Matthew began his real estate career at Avison Young, focused on U.S. capital markets across asset types. Earlier in his career he served on the Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations team at Hilton Worldwide, where he helped the company re-enter the public market in 2013. Matthew received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY where he played ice hockey.
