Kirk Keltch

Kirk began his career in under ground utilities in 1992 with Cunningham Construction building the infrastructure to the McClain Distribution Center in Temple Texas. In 1994 He moved into the Austin TX area building infrastructure, lift stations, and wastewater treatment plants. In 1999 also transitioned into excavation, bridges, and concrete. In 2012 Kirk moved into the multi-family industry with JPI as an assistant superintendent working on multiple multi-family from garden to 5 story high density projects. Prior to coming to RREAF Construction Services Kirk was the General Superintendent for a Dallas based multi-family general contractor. His leadership and training methods with the field teams has created outstanding teams allowing the next generation superintendents to rise to leadership positions quickly.

Kirk spends his free time in the outdoors fishing every chance he gets. He and his wife Lily are proud parents and grandparents and plan on retiring on Lake Buchanan.
