Jacob is an Associate on RREAF Holdings’ Multifamily Asset Management team, where he contributes to overseeing the performance and growth of value-add multifamily assets. Since joining RREAF in 2025, Jacob has been focused on aligning business plans with operational execution to maximize portfolio performance and long-term value.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance, Jacob brings both private equity and institutional experience to the team. He is dedicated to growing within the company and making a meaningful impact on investment returns while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys quality time with his family, active service at church, and maintaining physical fitness, which align with his values of investing in people, strengthening communities, and striving for excellence.
