Jack serves as Executive Vice President of Multifamily at RREAF Holdings, where he plays a central role in driving the firm’s multifamily investment strategy across acquisitions and asset management. Jack is responsible for overseeing the full investment lifecycle – including sourcing, underwriting, capital structuring, both debt and institutional equity procurement, and dispositions. Jack has been directly responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, financing, and capitalizing of over $300 million in real estate investments.
Prior to joining RREAF in 2022, Jack co-founded a real estate investment firm, GRJ Capital, with a focus on acquiring student housing properties. Jack sourced, underwrote, capitalized, and partnered with investors to acquire two Class A Student Housing assets throughout 2022. These assets were successfully disposed of in 2025 and returned to investors ~22% IRR and 1.88x equity multiple.
Jack’s leadership, strategic insight, and operational rigor have made him a driving force behind RREAF Holdings continued expansion and performance in the multifamily sector.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from the University of Oklahoma.
