Jack Palms

Jack Palms is currently an Associate with RREAF’s Acquisition team where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring RREAF’s student housing acquisitions. Jack will be joining the RREAF acquisitions team that has transacted over $2 Billion in commercial real estate in the last 5 years.

Prior to joining RREAF, Jack co-founded a real estate investment firm, GRJ Capital, with a focus on acquiring student housing properties. Jack sourced, underwrote, capitalized, and partnered with investors to acquire assets throughout 2022.

Jack has a B.B.A. in Finance, as well as a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from the University of Oklahoma.
