Eric Watts

Mr. Watts has over 8 years’ experience in multifamily rehabilitation and retail management. Eric has been involved in the renovation of over 1,500 units for industry leaders Mid-America Apartments LLC, and Fogelman Properties Group, all in the Mid-South/ Memphis area.

Prior to joining RREAF, Eric served as Project Manager for Innovation Renovation, of Memphis, TN, and helped manage several Mid-South based Ashley Furniture Homestores for Spencer Group, LLC. Eric joined our Project Management team in 2016 upon receiving a degree in Business Administration.
