Mr. McKnight brings more than 38 years of experience in investment banking, institutional trading, and real estate investment. A retired partner of Vining Sparks IBG, a regional investment banking firm, he helped found RREAF Holdings in 2010 and continues to serve as the company’s President. In his role, Mr. McKnight focuses on corporate strategy, business development, and relationships with institutional capital partners, high-net-worth investors, and registered investment advisors. He also serves as lead partner on various RREAF-sponsored projects. In addition to his work with RREAF, Mr. McKnight has been actively involved in commercial real estate development through his family firm, McKnight Holdings.
Mr. McKnight and his wife, Beth, reside in Memphis, Tennessee, where they are actively involved in numerous local, national, and global faith-based initiatives. Together, they are passionate about strengthening families and communities through service, generosity, and wellness initiatives. Doug also plays a key role in RREAF’s Wellness platform, which focuses on supporting the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the company’s 500+ team members and their families, as well as the residents and guests served across RREAF communities and hospitality properties. Family remains central to Doug’s life. He and Beth are proud parents of three children: a daughter living in New York City and two sons in Memphis. They are also blessed with two daughters-in-law and two grandchildren and cherish spending time together as a growing family.
