Clark began his career with Crest Commercial Real Estate in May of 2009 on their acquisition and redevelopment team. With the inevitable real estate crash of 2009, Clark took a job in the heavy civil and municipal engineering field, moving him to New Mexico in 2010 and then back to Dallas in 2013. During the transition, he was promoted to North American Engineering Manager. He was traveling 250 days a year throughout the US and Canada, overseeing pipeline design and horizontal construction projects. In 2014, Clark had an opportunity to start a company that catered to boutique property management companies, individual home owners, and family investment offices called Nestive, LLC, which continues to operate out of Nashville, TN. With the high yield market place and transition to non-traditional rental units, he broke off from Nestive to create a company to manage a large portfolio of short-term rental properties. In the fall of 2017, he and Bransford Maxwell founded Dyer Management, LLC, which officially launched January 2018 with a mission to maximize rental returns while minimizing overhead and traditional management entanglements.
Clark sits on the board for Dyer Management, LLC, is an owner and investor of Luxe Linens, and is actively building RREAF Construction Services. Despite being born and raised in Nashville, TN, Clark graduated from Southern Methodist University with degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. He is married and has 1 fur baby. He is an active member of the Young Benefactors with the First Tee of Dallas, an avid golfer, and enjoys taking his dog, Harvey, to the White Rock Dog Park.
