Clark Lundy

Clark has over 15 years of engineering and construction experience. He specializes in civil and utility projects, which eventually led to his work on multifamily development projects. In 2014, he started his own company that developed and built multifamily units specifically for rental and short term rental units. After selling this company, he launched another company that catered to high-net-worth individuals invested in personal real estate develop and hold projects. Clark currently is the President of RREAF Construction Services and oversees RREAF-managed and third-party construction projects for a variety of asset types including multifamily, hospitality, and SFR/BTR (Build-to-Rent). RREAF Construction has a $150M under construction annually and is poised to expand to $300M by 2024. Clark is active with the NMHC, NAHB, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
