Caroline McElroy

Caroline McElroy is a native Texan and serves as Assistant General Counsel to RREAF Holdings, LLC. For the past ten years prior to joining

the RREAF legal team, Caroline worked as legal counsel and as an Escrow Officer for a local title company.

For the first eight years of her career, Caroline worked as corporate counsel, initially in Houston and then in Dallas. After that, she took a few years off to

raise her two children. Caroline re-launched her career by working first in-house with a commercial real estate developer who bought and sold shopping centers and then by serving as in house counsel for a local, privately held company who assisted universities with their on-line academic programs.

Ms. McElroy received her Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and her Doctors of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law.

While in law school, Ms. McElroy served as an Associate Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review.
