Brad is an Executive Vice President on RREAF Holdings’ Hospitality team, where he contributes to the strategic planning, operational leadership, asset repositioning, and performance optimization of RREAF’s hospitality portfolio.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2025, Brad served as the CEO of By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida. His background includes senior leadership roles with renowned independent, lifestyle, and resort brands such as Viceroy Hotels and The Venetian Las Vegas.
Brad received an M.S. in Hotel Administration and Management from the University of Nevada and a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, as well as a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Development from Cornell University.
