Beth is a Construction Manager on RREAF Holdings’ Construction team, where she contributes to capital expenditure project management, multifamily renovations, and operational support across the portfolio.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2026, Beth worked at Hillcrest/Post Real Estate Group as a CapEx Construction Project Manager, overseeing capital expenditure projects across more than 30 properties in the South Central and Southeast regions and partnering with asset managers on annual CapEx budgets and value-add renovation initiatives. Prior to that, she served as a Property Manager for conventional multifamily and student housing communities, including Class A and Class B assets, and began her career at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City managing commercial shop-in-shop and brick-and-mortar buildouts alongside designers including Zac Posen and Marc Jacobs. Following her return to the Dallas area in 2018, Beth also worked as an Interior Designer and Project Manager on residential and multifamily renovations ranging from boutique remodels in Castle Hills to full-scale luxury projects in Highland Park and McKinney.
Beth received a B.S. in Design from The Art Institute of Dallas and completed an internship at Tobe in New York City, focusing on trend forecasting. Outside of work, Beth enjoys supporting her daughter’s competitive cheerleading pursuits and spending time with her dogs. When not in Texas, you can find her and her daughter on the Florida Gulf Coast.
