Ashley is a Human Resources Business Partner at RREAF Holdings, where she supports full-cycle recruiting, enhances the employee experience, and contributes to strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2023, Ashley worked at Southwest Solutions Group where she further developed her expertise in human resources. Ashley earned a B.S. in Health Informatics and Information Management from Louisiana Tech University. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys running marathons, traveling, and pottery.
