Graham Sowden

Graham Sowden joined RREAF Holdings in 2016 after spending several summers working for various commercial real estate brokerage and mortgage banking companies.

Mr. Sowden has been directly involved in the sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition of over $3.5 billion in asset value including over 22,000 multifamily units.

Mr. Sowden is responsible for the overall direction and strategic planning for the multifamily acquisition platform, formed in 2015, with a focus on buying in secondary and tertiary markets throughout the South and the South-Eastern United States. He is also responsible for coordinating all of RREAF’s dispositions.

Mr. Sowden graduated in 2016 with a BS in Political Science and a minor in Business Finance from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN.
