Greensboro property expands firm’s North Carolina Portfolio
Dallas, TX– June 03, 2025 – RREAF Holdings, a privately held real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce its acquisition of The Park at Aventino, a 240-unit multifamily property located in Greensboro, North Carolina. This strategic move represents RREAF’s entry into the rapidly growing Greensboro market, commonly known as The Gate City, which served as a transportation hub in the late 19th century. This acquisition follows RREAF’s successful purchase of 150 West in Mooresville, NC, and The Summit at Rock Hill (formally known as Paces River) in Rock Hill, SC, collectively adding approximately 1,000 new units to RREAF’s Multifamily Portfolio. These recent acquisitions reflect RREAF’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality housing solutions to residents and strong returns to investors.
Originally built in 2001, The Park at Aventino offers 240 one- and two- bedroom units, averaging 974 square feet. Community amenities include a business center, pet park, fitness center, coffee bar, and swimming pool —all of which will be enhanced as part of RREAF’s planned renovations.

RREAF also intends to rebrand the property and enhance its signage to support these efforts. RREAF Construction Services, LLC (RCS), an in-house construction firm founded in 2020, will oversee the renovation efforts. RCS streamlines development with a team of construction professionals with over $8 billion in completed projects and a combined 150 years of experience. RCS provides cost-effective solutions for RREAF’s development and capital improvement endeavors.
