Bruce Davidson Joins RREAF Holdings as President of Asset Management Davidson, who will become member of Mosaic’s Advisory Board, will continue to manage RREAF-Mosaic Portfolio Los Angeles and Dallas (April 7, 2021) -- RREAF Holdings and Mosaic Real Estate Investors have announced that Mosaic’s Bruce Davidson has joined RREAF as President of Asset Management. As Head of Asset Management for Calabasas, CA-based Mosaic, Davidson was responsible for the management of all real estate assets in the firm’s lending portfolio, which included the 24 preferred equity investments with RREAF. Among his new responsibilities with RREAF will be the direct oversight of the RREAF-Mosaic portfolio, which includes 6,400 workforce housing units and several hospitality assets, including a 240-room hotel located in the Southeast United States. “RREAF is excited to have someone of Bruce’s caliber join our management team. Bruce brings years of asset management experience in multiple asset categories and will be a great addition to RREAF’s leadership” said RREAF CEO Kip Sowden. “Mosaic is our largest and most trusted partner, with a relationship that dates back many years.
