    The Underwriter takes on the responsibility of making sure that a deal meets all the requirements and guidelines required by the business. They evaluate the risks involved and ultimately determines whether the property is an acceptable deal within the given criteria, market, and many other factors that apply to the state of the property.

    During a transaction, they evaluate the quality of an asset and any discrepancies. Once obtained, Asset Management maintains and adds value to an asset by revising and fixing any issues maintaining to the quality of life.     Assistant Superintendent

    The Project Assistant Superintendent leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and/or RCS trade labor in the assigned areas. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget in the assigned areas of the project The Assistant Superintendent has supervisory responsibility for Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in his/her area of responsibility

    We are looking for an accountant with experience preparing tax returns and financial statements and understanding real estate accounting. Additionally, the candidate should have QuickBooks experience, and expertise in CCH Axcess would be favorable but not required.

    Senior Project Accountant

    Construction

    The Senior Project Accountant reports to the Director of Construction Accounting and is responsible for coordinating the invoicing, pay applications, subcontractor payments, book reconciliation, and project closeout/ pass off to asset management.
