This also includes issues related to commercial leases, property and land use, liquor licensing, court representation, and zoning issues.

Asset Management

During a transaction, they evaluate the quality of an asset and any discrepancies. Once obtained, Asset Management maintains and adds value to an asset by revising and fixing any issues maintaining to the quality of life. This can include major repairs, the addition of amenities, installation of new hardware, appliances, and overall appeal of a property.

Asset Manger Trainee

RREAF Holdings is hiring Asset Manager candidates for our July 2021 training class. Prior experience is helpful, but not required. This will be a perfect opportunity for a recent college graduate. Asset managers are responsible for monitoring property performance and maximizing property revenue for RREAF investors. The role includes directing the asset's leasing, operations, and construction teams to ensure optimal value is achieved for each asset.
