In 2019, the platform expanded into Extended Stay Hospitality, employing a systematic approach for cost-effective builds in high-growth U.S. markets, catering to guests seeking extended stays beyond a week.
Established in 2020, RREAF Communities specializes in acquiring and developing large-scale, highly-amenitized master planned communities in rapidly growing markets, particularly within the Texas Triangle. With a focus on diverse opportunities encompassing residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use spaces.
