Rod Hinze is Senior Managing Director of RREAF Holdings and has over 20 years’ experience in public and private real estate transactions in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Rod was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the mergers and acquisitions group. He then worked at Goldman Sachs as part of the Merchant Banking division, in the real estate principal investment area (REPIA), with a focus on public and private investments.
Rod was a portfolio manager at Western Reserve Capital Management, where he led the real estate investments team. He then founded KeyPoint Capital Management, a real estate investment fund, with a focus on public REITs and other public real estate related investments. Rod has a B.S. and Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
