Jon Moyer
Director of Asset Management

Mr. Moyer joined RREAF Holdings, LLC in 2013 after an 11 year career as a Managing Director with FTI Consulting, Inc. in their Dallas, Texas office. FTI is one of the largest consulting firms with offices located in the United States and all over the world. Mr. Moyer was an integral part of the Corporate Finance group while at FTI, with an emphasis on providing financial advisory services to large corporations experiencing financial distress both in and out of bankruptcy court control. Additional advisory services included extensive litigation support including expert witness testimony. Mr. Moyer was part of FTI’s Real Estate Advisory group and worked on numerous assignments that required extensive commercial real estate experience. He has many years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry, specifically with the capital markets and securitization.

As Director of Asset Management, Mr. Moyer is responsible for the day to day management of all real estate assets of the Company, including but not limited to hiring and managing all third-party property management firms retained by the Company to perform property management services, review and approval of the annual operating plans and budgets for each asset, property tax services, coordination with accountants in preparation of tax returns, all risk management services, and compliance with all regulatory aspects of real property ownership.

In addition to asset management supervision, Mr. Moyer assists with the sourcing and underwriting of all multi-family properties acquired by the Company.

Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Moyer worked in the commercial real estate finance industry with several Dallas based financial institutions, including ORIX Capital Markets, Bank One, and AMRESCO. During the commercial real estate downturn in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, Mr. Moyer was involved in the asset management of several billion of non-performing commercial real estate loans and REO and liquidated a substantial portion of these assets.
