Ian Hayashi
Project Development

Mr. Hayashi graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 with a BS in Agricultural Economics with an option in Finance and Real Estate. While at A&M, he was part of the Corps of Cadets in Company E-2, the outfit in charge of taking care of the University’s mascot Reveille. As an upperclassman, he trained men in leadership and fitness to be officers in the United States military or leaders in the civilian world one day. He was also part of the Ross Volunteer Company which are responsible for some of the University’s oldest traditions including Silver Taps, Aggie Muster, and the Governor’s inauguration.

Before RREAF, Ian was a Property Management intern for Hartman Income REIT and a 4-year summer counselor for Park Cities Baptist Church. Ian works currently with the Project Development team at RREAF and has an active Texas real estate license. He currently lives in the Dallas area and enjoys playing golf and attending Aggie football games.
